Shipping Information

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so this cut-off is the same year-round.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product name, or content description anywhere on the exterior.

Free Priority shipping is available on US orders with a subtotal of $100 or more, calculated before any discounts.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination. Customers can select their preferred available option before completing the order.
The only exception is our vial holder cases, available in 1-vial, 2-vial, and 10-vial sizes, which ship within the United States only.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees set by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility, are not included in your order total, and are collected by your local customs authority.
Delivery Addresses
We can ship to PO Box addresses only when USPS is selected as the shipping method. Other carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address if you choose a non-USPS option.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused shipment — we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional postage. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
